ON-LINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Scarborough Community Services online registration page. If you have already used this site, click HERE to continue with your registration process. If you are a first-time user to this site, there are a few things you should know. Please print this page so you can follow the instructions when logged into the system.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

a) Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, or Discover are accepted. Registrations will not be completed until the payment is made.

b) Registration Forms: A registration form is no longer required for online registrations. In order to continue the online registration process, you must accept the terms . If you choose to deny these terms you must come into Community Services office and sign up in person.

c) Registration Questions: Once you have selected your activity, placed it in your shopping cart, and agreed to the terms, a series of questions will pop up. Questions may include T-shirt size, allergies, medical conditions, hospital preference, and special requests. You will not be able to complete the registration process until all questions are answered. For no answer, please put N/A.

d) Receipt: It is always a good idea to print your receipt for the registrant to take to the first class. This will be proof of registration should the participant’s name not be included on a class roster inadvertently.

d) Online Exceptions: All Community Services activities are accepted online except the following: Sunday River and Lost Valley Snow Sports Programs, and Child Care Registration (Bessworth Beginners, Child Care, and Club Teen). No online registration is allowed one week prior to the start of any activity/program.

STEPS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

1. Click HERE and enter your User Name and Password (if you don't know your User Name and Password, please call Community Services at 730-4150). Click Sign In. Once you are logged into the system, you may change your Password. We encourage you to customize your Password to something that is more familiar to you and that you will easily remember.

2. You will come to an update screen. Here you must review all contact information, including your e-mail address. All items highlighted in red must be filled in to continue registration. Once finished, click Submit.

3. The screen will go blank and will read "Your household information has been updated." Click on OK. This will bring you to the main screen.

4. On the left side - Click on Search.

5. Click on Search by Number OR Activity Type Search to browse through all offered activities. If you select Activity Type Search, you must select the category before finding all offered classes.

6. On the left side of each activity will be three signs for important notes:

Click to see the cost of the activity
Click to see the number or participants enrolled and the maximum able to attend
Click to see the details for the activity

7. Once you have selected an activity, click on the activity number or the shopping cart icon on the left.

8. You will come to a page that says To enroll in activity, please complete. Check to make sure the correct activity has been selected. Select the correct family member you wish to enroll in the activity. Click Add to Cart at the bottom of this page once you are finished.

9. The Community Services release statements will pop up. In order to continue with the registration process, plase click "Yes, I agree." If you choose to deny these statements, you must come into the Community Services Office and sign up in person.

10. Registration questions regarding T-shirt size, medical information, and special requests will appear. YOU MUST GIVE AN ANSWER FOR EACH QUESTION. If a question does not apply to you, you must enter N/A and click submit.

11. You will have three options on the next page:

a) Continue Shopping - if you would like to sign up for more activities choose this option.

b) View Shopping Cart - This will allow you to view the items in your shopping cart as well as remove items.

c) Proceed to Checkout - This will bring you to the payment page. Fill out the information for credit card payment. When you have finished, click Go. View Confirmation Receipt.

12. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout. Please review the billing information and enter your credit or debit card number (if applicable). Once finished, click Go.

13. You will come to a disclaimer screen – click Continue.

14. A pop-up message will say "Please be sure to view your on-line receipt and print a copy for your permanent records." Click OK.

15. You will come to a confirmation screen which indicates your confirmation has been forwarded to your e-mail address. You also may click on View Confirmation Receipt to view the receipt right away.

16. Click Exit to sign off.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment and/or weather. Programs cancelled due to weather will be announced on local radio stations as well as on local television channels. Portland Radio Group: (WMGX, WYNZ, WPOR, WGAN), Channel 6 WCSH, Channel 8 WMTW, and Channel 13 WGME.
